In his mind, the rhythmical lines of a nursey rhyme might well have been playing, ‘To market, to market to buy a penny bun, home again, home again, market is done. To market, to market, to buy a fat pig, home again, home again, jiggety-jig.’ Thankfully the Farmers’ Market is making a resurgence in the United Kingdom, with consumers hankering for a taste of good quality, local and handmade produce. Paul brings a taste of that wholesome way of life into the world of detailed ceramic art.
